Happy hump day folks!
If your week was not off to a great start, this amazing recipe recipe should get it going on the right track. This last year, I have really fallen in love with incorporating matcha powder into my smoothies and drinks. You can get the matcha powder that is pictured at Whole foods or on Amazon here. I’ve never really been someone that likes to drink soda, so for me this is a great alternative for an energy boost. I think its unfortunate how many people resort to caffeine from soda to get them through the day, everyday. There are so many other healthy alternatives!
& If you like coconut, bananas, and smoothies in general, this smoothie is calling your name.
Ingredients call for/include:
1. 1/2 cup greek yogurt
2. 1 frozen banana
3. 3 tables spoons of shredded coconut
4. 2 cups of coconut water
5. 1 table spoon of agave
6. 1 teaspoon of matcha power ( I use two)
